Eyes. Lips., Face (E.L.F) is an online site that sells cheaply priced makeup. With most of it, you get what you paid for, but these products are ones that I will buy again and again. The other makeup is pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Try to catch them when they have free shipping deals because shipping costs $6.95.
