Welcome to my blog! My name is Amber and I am a recently graduated Ph.D. who is embarking on a postdoctoral fellowship. While science is my day job, my life is about more than just science. I believe in good, affordable fashion (I am a scientist after all). Creating new outfits each day as well as new ways of styling my hair and makeup are part of what makes me smile. I also enjoy cooking and baking for my friends and family. I just got a new KitchenAid mixer, and I make sure to put it to good use!
